The transit times vary with destination but we have been advised by Royal Mail however to allow 7-10 working days for delivery of all packet post mail. 99% of the time orders are received within the 7-10 day period and can sometimes be delivered to a neighbour or returned to the local sorting office if no one has been at home to receive the delivery. 

 Returns and Cancellations Policy: Once an order has been received there is 7 days in which to return the products to us if they are no longer required or they are damaged. We do ask that products be returned in an unused condition, in original packaging and complete with all documentation. There needs to be a clear your reason given for the return. Once we have received the returned goods, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund of the goods price, not the carriage element of the order. If you have a problem with the performance of one of our products, please email us for advice. There should be no need, under any circumstance, to initiate a unilateral credit card chargeback.
